Members of the public raised concerns about ongoing planning issues, traffic congestion, and local environmental concerns. The Chair assured them that these matters would be monitored and addressed accordingly.

Cllr Kitchingman presented an updated audit of assets and recommendations for replacements.

Electricity Resilience

Cllr Savage provided a written report confirming that he had contacted Electricity Northwest (ENW) for an update.

Parish Projects

Active Transport

Cllr Calsy reported that progress is ongoing and additional funding sources are being explored.

Pinnel Hole

Cllr Pogrel presented an update regarding improvement options.

Resolution: The Parish Council agreed to explore funding options for the proposed improvements.

Community Notice Boards

Installation of new notice boards is scheduled for late September.

Website and Email Addresses

The Clerk presented new website quotations.

Resolution: The Parish Council resolved to proceed with the best-value proposal.

Correspondence

• A resident reported concerns about overgrown footpaths, which will be forwarded to the Footpaths Officer.
• A request was received for details of correspondence between the Parish Council and a third party. The Clerk will respond.
