Resolution: The Annual Parish Meeting on 15 April 2024 will include a Prolectric representative to answer questions on solar lighting.

Councillor Matters

• Cllr Kitchingman reported that the restraining wire on the BT pole by the Lime Kiln requires attention. Cllr Nugent will report it.
• Cllr Nugent reported that the fence at Pinnel Hole had broken down. The Clerk will obtain a quote to replace/repair it.
• Cllr Savage reported that there will be an introductory meeting with the Lowther Estates Manager on 8 March 2024.
• Cllr Savage announced that he will stand down as Chair at the May meeting.
