1. Apologies – to receive apologies for absence
2. Exclusion of Press and Public (Public Bodies Admission to Meetings Act 1960)
   To consider whether there are any agenda items during consideration of which the press and public should be excluded.
3. Declaration of Interest:
   To receive declarations, by elected and co-opted members, of interests in respect of items on this agenda.
4. Proposal:
   In light of the recent announcement that Whicham Parish Council have withdrawn from the South Copeland Community Partnership (GDF), it is proposed that Millom Without Parish Council, in support of Whicham Parish Council, also withdraw from the South Copeland Community Partnership (GDF) with immediate effect.
5. Date of Next Meeting:
   The next meeting of the Parish Council will be on 6 October 2025 commencing at 7.30pm at The Hill Village Hall.
