Application for a lawful development certificate for the existing use of a building as a single dwelling house.
Decision: Noted, no response.

Retrospective planning permission for the erection of a treehouse (Resubmission of 4/23/2343/0F1).
Decision: No comment.

A letter was received from the Licensee stating that the outstanding payment would be made via BACS. The Clerk will check the bank statement upon arrival.
The bank reconciliation statement dated 31 January 2025 was not verified.
The Clerk reported an overspend of £2,000 on projects, which will be covered by general reserves.

The Clerk reported that three benches have been installed with new plinths. Proposed locations for the remaining seven benches include:
Further investigations into suitability of locations are ongoing.
Cllr Savage will circulate the draft action plan.
The Clerk presented suitable matting options. Cllr Kitchingman will present them to the next Village Hall Committee meeting for consultation.
As part of the community plan, an extension to the play area is proposed.
A site meeting has been scheduled to discuss progress.
Cllr Calsy submitted a report in her absence, which was accepted.

The Clerk has contacted the contractor to commence works as soon as possible.
